원하는 아르바이트생 근무기간은 하루 평균 몇 기간인가' 알바들은 하루에 '평균 1시간 23분'정도 근무하길 바라는 것으로 조사됐다. 특히 30대 알바이 원하는 아르바이트생 근무기간은 하루 평균 7시간 24분으로 20대(평균 1시간)와 50대(평균 8시간45분)보다 소폭 길었다.

선택한 브랜드에서 아르바이트를 하고 싶은 이유에 대해서는 ‘브랜드에 대한 애정 및 호감이 주효했다. ‘해당 브랜드의 제품·메뉴·서비스 등을 좋아해서라는 응답이 51.4%(복수응답)로 가장 높게 나타났고, 고객으로서 브랜드를 경험했을 때 좋았기 때문이 41.6%였다.

올 상반기 알바몬에서 구직활동을 한 10대 아르바이트 구직자 중 여성의 비율은 76.3%로 주로을 차지했다. 이어 30대 아르바이트 구직자 중에도 남성의 비율이 70.8%로 높았다. 이외에 20대(64.9%)와 80대(63.5%) 중 남성의 분포는 저들보다 약 40%이상 낮았다.

지난 2013년 40대 이상의 아르바이트 구직자 중 남성의 분포는 58.6%에 그쳤으나, 지난해에는 68.9%로 늘었고, 이번년도 상반기에는 70.8%에 달했다. 60대 이상의 아르바이트 구직자 중 남성의 비율도 지난2017년에는 70.7%였으나 전년(75.0%)에 이어 이번년도 상반기에는 76.7%로 가장 높았다.
