<p>이은희 인하대 소비자학과 교수는 “구글 같은 글로벌 온라인 산업자도 매출에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 생성했을 때 적당한 대처를 하지 않는 때가 적지 않다”면서 “구글 소액결제 케이스가 늘어나고 있을 것이다면 구글이 가장 우선해서 할 일은 이런 일이 또 생성하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 말했다.</p>
